Pineapple Cake

Filling is made from freshly minced pineapple cooked to jam-like texture. Pineapple cake matches best with Taiwan High Mountain teas. High Mountain Teas are lightly roasted and oxidized to keep the maximum aroma from leaves. A sip of the tea after a bite of the cake perfectly balances the sweetness of the savory pastry. Yummy!
