Gua Bao Vegetarian Version 

素刈包/虎咬豬 Gua Bao vegetarian version. You can also enjoy the delicious vegetarian Gua Bao by replacing braised pork with tofu and king oyster mushroom slices. The key is to braise them in pork broth to enhance the flavor. For absolute vegan, braise with soy sauce and five-spice can also create very good taste. Matching sesame sauce with the sprouts Gua Bao adds extra texture to the filling. I love the vegetarian Gua Bao, too!
