This dish is probably among the top ten most popular home style cooking. The original recipe is sliced beef stirred fry with green pepper shreds, here I also added red ones to brighten up the color. The key to a tasty yet tender beef is to marinate it with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, some sugar beforehand, then stir fry in a medium-to-high heat briefly before adding in pepper shreds. Just simple and delicious, enjoy!


Traveling around the world, I’ve seen how those Chinese take out mislead people’s perception about Chinese food.
