Mango with Snowflakes Ice

芒果冰 Mango with Snowflake Ice

I haven’t found mango as juicy, aromatic and less fibers in Europe as the varieties grown in Taiwan and Thailand. Yet these are what I can get now. Coping with hot weather in Taiwan involves enjoying a lot of local-favorite mango ice. So to cool myself here in high temperature, I made a home version of mango ice: 2 balls of homemade mango ice cream + mango cubes + a pudding, all topped on snowflakes ice shaved from frozen milk. So refreshing and delicious! Summer is all about enjoying good mango! 😋

Wok fried, heavy seasoned with soy sauce and MSG, cornstarch thickened at all time is not authentic Chinese cooking. Real Chinese cuisine is mastering selections of fresh ingredients, seasonings, various cooking methods to deliver genuine taste of food that wow your taste buds. I’m no Michelin chef but someone who knows how authentic Chinese cuisine should taste like. Welcome to my dinning table and enjoy the real Chinese food. Bon appétit!
